Highlights

About 2 hours after departure, arrival in Marozevo and guided tour of the Reptiles Park focused on Madagascar’s endemic reptiles. Possible sightings: large chameleons (e.g., Parson or Oustalet), rare geckos, and other reptiles. The guide presents identification, habitat, behavior, and conservation status.

Lunch at the lodge or local restaurant (not included), then boarding for an approx. 1-hour motorboat crossing to the private island Nosy Soa. Safety briefing and life jackets provided.

Guided tour of Nosy Soa: interpretive circuit on biodiversity and conservation programs. Wildlife and places visited: ring-tailed lemurs (Lemur catta) and other lemurs present on site, reptile observation points, trails with information on flora and habitat restoration.

Return by boat to the lodge, then transfer to Antananarivo. End of the day with a debriefing and potential handover of information documents on the species encountered.
